- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have done my banking with First Federal for years and had been to this branch multiple times due to me working in Bryan. The past TWO times I have been treated AWFUL. Both times I was argued with about the photo ID they have of me on file and been told it wasn't me. When I tried to explain my situation I was greeted wth nothing but rude questions and comments. I will NEVER step foot into this branch ever again nor will I use their drive through or ATM and I will be calling to for a formal complaint.By Kyle Nester, September 11, 2017
